Meet Our Staff

Graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Business in 1979 also obtained insurance license in 1979. Proceeded to obtain Juris Doctor Degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1983. Earned the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors designation in 1990. Later taught introductory and independent insurance study at Indiana University School of Business as Adjunct Professor from 1993 to 1998. Received Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation in 2016.

Mark married June “Reikofski” Duling in 1985 and they now maintain their home on a cattle farm previously owned by June’s parents west of Spencer. They have two married daughters and three grandchildren. Mark serves on the board of directors of the Professional Insurance Agents of Indiana beginning in 2011 and serving as President in the 2016-2017 term.

Mark grew up in the insurance industry around his father and grandfather and has always made Owen county his home. He treats insurance as a service industry for community and those needing assistance and has served on the board of directors for Volunteers in Medicine; the trustees for REMC Round Up; and belongs to the Spencer Church of the Nazarene.

Mark believes the “Golden Rule” applies to business as it does in life.

June H (Reikofski) Duling is a principal of the agency with Mark and they have been married since 1985 when they purchased Bloomington Insurance Agency which has now merged ownership with Duling Insurance Agency. June began her career after graduating from Purdue University as a dietician working for the Bloomington Hospital. As the agency and family grew with two daughter’s June obtained her license and began working full time for the agency many times with children in the office making us truly a family business. June spends much of her free time raising cattle on the family farm with her sister Judy (Reikofski) Sebastian. June has taught Sunday School classes for children many years at the Spencer Nazarene Church.

June is a licensed property casualty agent and takes care of the accounting in the agency for company and customer transactions.

June’s delight is her daughters and their families. Watching grandchildren grow is one of the most satisfying things.

Anton Karl Neff, CIC, is in his 20th year of service with our agency. He is an Indiana-licensed insurance producer for property, casualty, life, and health products. He has earned and maintains the Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) designation, which shows his commitment to the insurance industry by continually maintaining his knowledge of policy coverages, issues, and trends. He enjoys having conversations with prospective and existing customers about their insurance needs. He views each customer as unique and it is important that a tailored solution to their needs is developed and implemented. He is from Spencer in neighboring Owen County where he, his wife Shannon, and daughter Sadie reside. He is a graduate of Owen Valley High School and Indiana University. Outside of the office, he has an extensive background in public service, currently serving in his 5th term as an Owen County Council member and is currently President of the Association of Indiana Counties. In 2015, he was named as the state’s “Outstanding County Council Member”.

Anton has enormous experience dealing with the public and offering insurance solutions. He helps manage the Bloomington office in the absence of Mark & June and occasionally will visit our Spencer office for the opportunity to service the people from Owen County whom he loves. Ask for him at either office location.

Jenny has served clients at our agency for nine years and had experience helping people before joining us. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Evansville in English Literature and lives with her husband, two kids and their dog near Spencer, Indiana. She is a member of the Shiloh Wesley United Methodist Church and enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and reading.

Amy Hamlin is a license property/casualty agent and is a “giver.” She is interested in the well being of people and tries to find ways to help. Like everyone in our office family, kids and family at home come first, but customers and our office family don’t suffer from that fact, because the same caring passes on to everyone.

Amy is married to Daniel Hamlin and they have two boys and a girl in their household.

Nate is a full time teacher and a license property/casualty agent. He helps us in his spare time between teaching and working on a cattle farm. He quotes new business and fills in when he has time. He has a great background for farms and makes people feel at ease taking care of their needs. His professional training as an educator makes him an excellent agent.

Nate is married to Audra (Duling) Hopf and they have a two year old son.

Bryce is a graduate of Purdue University and the oldest son of Brian & Julia Hamilton. He has been a great asset to the agency posting hours at both the Spencer and Bloomington offices of the agency. His service and presence has helped Mark to be effective in working at both locations alternating with Bryce.

Bryce is a very dedicated, service oriented agent taking great care of his clients. He creates good friendships and is committed to doing things the right way. Don’t hesitate to ask for him if you need assistance.

Nicole (Duling) Wright helps us with some of our marketing and social media needs when she is not busy taking care of her two daughters with her husband Jordan Wright.

Jordan is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and a license property/casualty agent. He loves working with people and he and his wife Nicole have been developing a church development and resource site and ministry that they want to grow into a go to place for churches and other ministries. Jordan wants to help people with their insurance too. He helps with personal line insurance needs but really loves quoting church insurance packages. Loving to help people and churches is the same thing to Jordan. He splits his time between the Spencer and Bloomington office.

Jordan is married to Nicole (Duling) Wright and they have two daughters.
